Media Grid won't show in dashboard

    I’ve downloaded and activated Media Grid. I can’t get it to show up in my dashboard though. I deactivated Grid Kit hoping that might help. The directions say to go into my media file to find grid. I don’t see that either. Beginner needs help here.

    I also have the business plan so it isn’t a level of pay issue.

    It looks like this plugin here is in use: https://wordpress.org/plugins/media-grid/

    Just to check, are you not seeing this working via Dashboard > Media ?

    Hi there. I opened a chat with for help and they were able to see that I had the Media Grid Plugin activated, but they couldn’t tell me anymore and said I needed to contact Media grid help. But, with all the googling it led me back here as I see lots of comments on Media Grid, but not as basic as the issue I’m having lol. So yes the plugin linked above in your message is the one I have activated. It will not show up in my dashboard though. I’ve watched videos of others using it and the words Media Grid are in their dashboard and I’ve watched tutorials on how to set up my portfolio using it. I again just can’t get it to show in the dashboard section. I do have the “Media” in my dashboard which goes to my media library as I understand and has photos I’ve uploaded there. I also had Grid Kit in my dashboard, but it doesn’t work the same as Media Grid. So I deactivated it in hopes that would help as I read that sometimes other plugins or themes cause plugins not to work. But, still no Media Grid. Thanks for replying to me!!!

    Hi there,
    I’m not familiar with this specific plugin, but it seems to be abandoned (last updated 7 years ago).

    According to the notice on the linked page:

    This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

    Maybe there’s another plugin that can provide similar functionality?
