media icons disabled

  Hi
  I have problems with media icons . I want to write a post and add images but when I click on this icons I get nothing . I am administrator and I didnt block pop up. for example I cant add a photo to my post. what to do thanks

  Hi there,

  Both the “Add Media” and “Copy a Post” features are working for me. However, they may not work if Javascript isn’t fully enabled in your browser. Are you using any script blocker add-ons in your browser (such as the NoScript add-on) to block Javascript?

  when I click media icons for the first or second time that works but after that it I get nothing and I have to restart my blog every time . I dont use any script block program and javascript is enabled in my browser Firefox 29.0.1 ….

  Hi there,

  I tested this in Firefox 29.0.1 and couldn’t reproduce the issue you described. It sounds like there might be a problem in your browser or on your computer, since it works for you at first.

  Can you please tell me the exact steps you take (exactly what you click on and what you see on the screen) before this problem happens? That will help me investigate this further.

  hi . there is no difference before and after the problem. writing a post for example and when adding a media to post or URL , windows like gallery are not displayed. I get the same probleme with google chrome .

  Hi there,

  Thanks for letting me know. However, you mentioned that the media icons works the first or second time you try them, but after that you get nothing. I haven’t been able to reproduce that problem, so if you can describe the exact steps you take before the problem starts, that may help me figure out what’s happening.

  Also, can you please try starting Firefox in Safe Mode (with add-ons disabled) to see if that makes a difference? Firefox has instructions for doing that here:

  That will help us determine if any other add-ons in the browser may be interfering.

  hi . First I formatted the whole PC and it does not work, after I did what you told me. I started mozilla in safe mode and it works. thank you very much.
