Media Image upload

  I am attempting to upload an image however the “select file” button isn’t working. It does not allow me to upload and when I click it nothing happens. i have uploaded numerous pictures in the past so it not a case of not knowing what to do.

  Hi there,

  We’ve recently run in to some issues with Internet Explorer 9. I noticed that you wrote in from that browser version. If that is the same browser that you were using to try to upload, that is likely the cause of the issue you were experiencing.

  If you are able to (depending on your OS version), you can update your browser version, or you might want to try using a different browser, such as Firefox or Chrome. You can find information on or download links for any of these from Browse Happy:
