Media inadvertently detached from one Post and then reattached to the wrong Post

  Your help states:

  “You can also attach multiple files at once: check the box next to each file name that you would like to attach, then select the Attach to a post option in the Bulk Actions drop down menu, and finally click the Apply button. This will only work if all the files selected are unattached.”

  Something went awry with this process. I had some photos that were attached to an earlier post. While attaching more recent photos to a new post, I inadvertently selected a few of the old photos that had already been uploaded to the earlier post. Those photos are now attached to the new post, and I can find no way to detach them from the new post and re-attach them to the old post.

  IMHO, your software messed this up because your help indicates that what happened will not (can not) happen.

  Help, please. I need to detach those photos from the later post (not yet published) and re-attach them to the earlier post, where they previously were. They were indeed once attached to the earlier post, so according to your documentation, what happened should not have happened.
