Hi, my blog says im out of storage and to delete files from media library. If i delete the files in my library will it delete the photos from my posts?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes.
Are you uploading images directly from your camera or phone without resizing them first?

So i didnt resize them, i see the issue now. i was told i can link photos from another account so i might try that. Thanks guys :)

The pictures should be optimized for the web – large pictures take a long time to load which irritates visitors & most of the pixels are wasted to have a 3,000++ wide image on a browser window of 700px
good luck

If you only insert single images one at a time, that workaround of posting from another public account will work. But, if you ever want to use featured images or the Gallery feature, those images have to be uploaded to the site they appear on.
There is a new image replacement utility available for individual images that is supposed to allow you to replace an existing image without changing it’s underlying URL (and therefore not breaking the image in the post). There’s not a lot of documentation about it, but I’ll see if I can find something from the forum posts.

Of course the other option is to spring for a space upgrade. The 10GB for $20 a year is really reasonable and given that your account is from July 2014, you should be able to see that option available in your site’s Dashboard>Store.
And *then* you start to optimize before every time you upload. :)

OK-apologies, my above comment about the image URL not changing is not correct.
Regardless, this is the screen that you would need to get to in order to replace an existing image in your post
http://en.support.files.wordpress.com/2014/06/inserting-images_notextwrap1.png You get there while in the Visual Post Editor by clicking on the image you want to replace and then clicking the pencil icon that appears. You can see right under the image in the screenshot that there is a Replace button and clicking it will bring you to the Media Manager where you can upload an optimized image to replace the existing one.
Replacing does not delete the original image, so you’d have to go back to your Media Library and delete it.
