  Hi There,

  We are experiencing serious problems in uploading photos to the Media Library, it just doesn’t work. We tried to clear the cache history but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

  Please we need urgent help.

  I do not see a site under your account that you contacted us from. Is there another account that you own? What is the URL of the site you are having trouble uploading images to?
