    Hi, I’m the WordPress.org user. My problem is about media library in my menu. I can’t see and upload photos in my media library. There is a small gray circle keep rotating and my photos just can’t appear in my media library.

    Thanks for reaching out to us for the problem you are facing.

    In your query you mentioned that you are WordPress.org user however the bog you need help with is kingta7260.wordpress.com. So I assume that you are facing problem with uploading photos on the same blog.

    It could be the case that your media upload limit has reached the allowed size. If you could go to Media Library you will be able to see how much space is remaining. Please take a look at this support article to get more details on storage space and how you may check for remaining space?

    Thanks for your quick respond. At the first time, I thought that will be the host problem so I contacted bluehost to figure out the problem. But bluehost employee told me the website script caused the problem. Here is my website-http://bostonlukang.com/. I used wordpress.org to build my website. The problem is my media library function couldn’t appear photos that I uploaded before. Moreover, I couldn’t add new photos to my library. I didn’t use the space over the limit. How can I change the website script to fix the problem?

    That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM and we cannot help you. You are posting to the wrong support forum

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
