  I don’t know what type of document you wish to edit whilst within WordPress.com. It’s often easier to edit things before uploading them to the media library in the first place. But to access the media library of your new site click on “Blog Posts” “Add” and then click on the “Add Media” button. Highlighting an image or document brings up edit and delete buttons at the bottom of the screen. Remember deleting images from the media library will also delete them from any posts/pages they may be in.
