Media library automatically uploading grey files

    My media library has been automatically uploading the same file every day but showing a grey document icon instead of the actual image. I can’t delete them fast enough and don’t know how to prevent it from happening. Help?

    Unfortunately that means you are using a different version of WordPress than those supported here in these forums. There are 2 versions of WordPress – WordPress.com and WordPress.org.

    @houstonweaver is correct. If you are referring to http://candidsbyjo.com/ it is not hosted by WordPress.com and we’d be able to check the backend of your site to troubleshoot the issue. The best bet is to contact your site host to see if they can assist you with the issue.
