Media Library crushes when uploading PDF

Hi. The Media Library crushes when uploading PDFs. Just updated to WP 6.1, but I already had that issue before. Any idea what could cause it? Images seem to work fine first, but the website sometimes crushes a while after I uploaded an image. Any idea how to solve this? Thank you!!
