Media Library Duplicating Images

Hi all, I’m having an issue with the WordPress media library, if I scroll through it, it constantly duplicates images so you can never actually get to the bottom of the media library. This therefore doesn’t allow any media to actually load on the site correctly. I’m using Elementor & Elementor Pro as a page builder. All themes are up to date as well as WordPress. I have tried using default themes & also disabling & enabling plug-ins. Nothing is working.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
