  If I delete an image from Media Library will it be deleted from my blog too?

  Yes. The pictures are stored in your media library. When someone views a post with a picture in it, the software goes to the library to get the file to display. If the image file is no longer in the library, then there is nothing to display.

  Think of it as a real library: if someone lost or stole a book, then it is gone and is not available for anyone to check our or read.
