Media Library is Blank (WordPress Version 5.2.1)

    I haven’t this website for awhile. I decided to check up on it after I received an email notifying me about the auto update to version 5.2.1 and it’s now full of problems that I have no clue how to fix. The media library is blank, updating plugins send a failure message but works fine after refreshing page, searching for plugins in the add plugin page doesn’t work and updating woo commerce product attributes send a fail message, but works fine after I refresh. All these errors appeared at once so I’m guessing they have something to do with each other.
    I have no clue how to fix this, a little help would be much appreciated thanks. :D
