Media Library keep adding new unknown photos….any solution?

    My WordPress’ Media Library keep adding/uploading new unknown photos….around 3 minutes a photo, non-stopping. have any one experience the same before, or there’s any solution for that? would highly appreciate your comments and advice!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙇🙇🙇

    The only sites I see on your @htchmh WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    • htchmh.wordpress.com

    However, the screenshot you have shared appears to be from another site, and does not match what I see in the media library for htchmh.wordpress.com. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

    Hi there. you are right. the other login with problem is here > https://attscent.com/

    I will use that account to communicate from now on. :)

    Hi, the https://attscent.com/ site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but at Bluehost, so we will not be able to help with the image issues. These support forums are for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

    I would suggest contacting Bluehost support via their Live Chat. It sounds like either there is a plugin misbehaving, or possibly the site is infected with malware or a virus. They should be able to help with that though.
