Media Library Pictures have disappeared
-
I have just found out that many of my photos from my media library are no longer in my library. I haven’t done anything different lately, and I’m a bit panicked about where my pictures have gone! Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Ive lost 90% of images from our media library. They are still listed but there are no thumbnails or full size images.
And wordpress support says “shut”
My website is broken!!!
-
All your images are still there. I see them just fine. I would expect this is a connection issue of some kind, as many people have reported similar things, mostly from the UK.
-
I am connecting from Stockholm, Sweden, and am having a similar problem when trying to insert an image from media library or edit a post which had one previously inserted. I hope this is resolved soon, as the rest of my internet access appears to be fine.
-
It is beginning to look like this is a larger problem, so I suggest contacting staff when they return on the 2nd/

I’m sorry about that! :(
Please contact us via http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ about this.

Strangely, this worked itself out. The photos are back. I’m not sure what happened, but I guess it happened to several people. When I tried to click on a photo, it would take me to a Google link, which said it couldn’t be found.

My photos are still in Media Library and in my post when I look at in edit– but they are not appearing in my blog? Any suggestions- What did I do or how can I fix it?

@cyrinda, newenglandblogger.com/ is not a wordpress.COM blog. You need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
If you are not familiar with the differences, see this support document: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ .
