Media Library Search Autofill

Hello,
I’m trying to find a solution to this problem I’m having where the search box in the media library is auto-filling with a username and it’s preventing use of viewing all files.I’m using chrome and I cleared all browsing data and turned autofill off, but somehow it still autofills.

Unfortunately you failed to post the most important thing for getting accurate support and it is the exact URL staring with http:// of the site in question.
To save you time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site so you know where to post for support.
Important information:
This is WordPress.COM support.
