Media Library Storage

  Hi
  I’ve just had the warning that I’ve filled my 0.5GB Media Library however your media library support help page (https://wordpress.com/support/media/?msclkid=8c6428e9b19d11ec9ea8302563192eef) clearly states that I get 3GB.
  Please can you explain what is going on ?

  Hi there,

  We’ve made some changes to our plans, and that includes that storage for new sites on the free plan will only be 500MB going forward.

  However, as your site predates this change you should still have 3GB available, and you should still be able to upload images up to that limit. In other words, it’s just the labelling that’s wrong, and we’re working on that.

  If you’re having trouble uploading media files as well because it’s “over the limit”, please let us know.
