Media Library Suddenly Not Working

My media library stopped working yesterday. It will no longer upload any photos. I am beyond frustrated with this. I don’t believe it to be a compatibility or plug-in issue, because I have had no changes to my site in over a month and added no new plug-ins. It was working very well up until yesterday. Please help.

What is the URL of the site you are referring to?
I do not see any sites connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is it a WordPress.com hosted site?

krosecooks.com, yes it is. I now can no longer access my site at all. I’ve been trying to call WordPress support but haven’t gotten past voicemail.

This installation is hosted at Bluehost actually. These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.
Can you copy and paste the error into a search? Can you contact Bluehost?

My media library isn’t working, either; it was fine yesterday when I updated one image. Now many of my images (including the one for the book I sell on this site) are not working. Checked ‘add media’ library and only a dozen pics show up, the rest all you see are metadata (if that’s what it’s called, I don’t know for sure). I’m losing money if prospective buyers can’t see my book cover!
