Media library thumbnails not showing correctly

    Previously all my media files showed up on the thumbnails in my media library. Now most of them don’t instead they come up with a broken picture icon. When I click on them and they are on my site pages they come out fine. But obviously what is frustrating is that I have no idea what picture I’m adding to the site page. Any insight would be helpful (the less tecky the better). Thankyou!

    You might want to try clearing your browser’s cache. You can find the instructions to do so here:

    Your images are showing up fine when I view them through your Media LIbrary. In addition to what @catkiinson suggested, can you also please try the following?

    * Check that JavaScript is enabled and supported by your browser:

    http://enable-javascript.com/

    * Disable any ad-blocking and security extensions on your browser

    * Check that you’re using the latest version of your browser:

    http://www.whatbrowser.org/

    * Try another browser:

    https://browsehappy.com/
