Media Library – unable to upload photos

    I am brand new to blogging and have been working on designing my blog. I am trying to write an “about” page but unable to upload new images to my media gallery. I would love it if I could just pull the images from google photos, but I do not have a dropdown menu in the media library (I can only do that when creating a post).

    When I try to upload a photo, it times out and says “Post-processing of the image failed likely because the server is busy or does not have enough resources. Uploading a smaller image may help. Suggested maximum size is 2500 pixels.”

    The site I am trying to work on is shortandsweetofperfection.com (it is currently not live).
