Media library won’t load

    Many things on my WP site have stopped working. Including the Media Library. It just doesn’t load, the icon just spins forever.
    – I have disabled all plugins
    – I changed to the Twenty-twentythree theme.
    – Using the cpanel I reset the permissions to 755 for the wp-content/uploads folder
    – I checked the MySql database, it said it didn’t need to be repaired.

    What else can I do? Thanks. -Derryl
