Media link not working

  I have uploaded PDF files into media and into the page direct but the links are not working when i publish the page. Audio linked working OK in the same post. I never usually have a problem with this and tried over several days but they are still not working. I have tried uploading again from scratch.

  HOW CAN I CHAT WITH AN ENGINEER?!
