Media location issues

  Some of my files that have been uploaded to my media library have a link at the bottom telling me what post they have been used on. Others do not have that notification.

  I’ve also noticed that View attachment page for these items that do not state what page they are being used on says “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

  Can someone advise why this is and more importantly how I can get the media library to show the location and to show a picture when I choose View attachment page
