Media not loading all the time

Media isn’t loading all the time. If you can get in, screenshots are in the media library on WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) I have tried and tried and it only works sometimes. If I click on Media on the left hand side under where it says site preview or even try to insert a picture in a post or set the featured picture. Like I said it only works sometimes. Why? Why hasn’t anyone answered my other thread?

What browser are you using and does this happen if you switch to a different browser? Are you using the most recent version of your browser?

rootjosh, my browser is Google Chrome and yes it’s the updated version. Even downloaded the updated version of Flash Player. It’s weird because it doesn’t happen all the time. Not sure what’s going on. Do you?

Could you give another browser like Firefox or Safari a try and see if the issue still occurs?

Tried it on Internet Explorer and the same, it only happens sometimes which means I never know when it will go blank. There are screenshots of it in my media. On WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) Hope this helps.

Given the intermittent nature of the issue, the fact that it happens on multiple browsers and that we are not hearing other reports of this happening, I suspect that there is something wrong with your internet connection that is causing the problem.

It’s back working now but who knows when it will stop working. My browser is somewhat slow, could that be the problem?

It is possible. But without sitting in front of your computer, it is difficult to know for sure.
You should try using the older classic “dashboard” post editor and seeing if that makes a difference:

If there’s anyone that can help it would be appreciated. Media won’t load again. Tried to set featured picture but nothing is loading now. It loaded a few minutes ago. It just loads when it wants to. What’s the problem? I’m doing a new photo blog on CRYSTAL’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE but nothing loads and the same is for WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING). I don’t know what to do. Help.

Since we aren’t changing anything here, my best guess is that your internet connection is a bit rough.

supernovia, I’m running Google Chrome now. Internet explorer is slower so I went with the updated version of Google Chrome. yes I checked the link josh sent.

What happened when you tried another browser?
We are trying to determine what’s causing the problem, and if you can send that information, it will help a bunch. The screenshot is helpful too; perhaps you could upload other screenshots as well?

I already put a screen shot in my media on WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) or CRYSTAL’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE. I think it is on the 1st site though. Try it first.

Here’s what we need:
Next time you have this issue, while you are having it, please complete all three of these steps:
1) Make a screenshot
2) Try the same page in another browser. Make a screenshot
3) Try the link Josh sent, and make a screenshot of that
4) When you are able, upload all of these screenshots
5) Let us know here.
It’s important to complete steps 1-3 right away, while this problem is happening.
Will you do that?

I do thank you for your help. I tried Internet explorer and that seemed to help because it actually loaded. Screenshots in WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) IN MEDIA LIBRARY. I’m thinking I’ll have to do it from the dashboard or use Internet Explorer then change back when I’m done. It’s working for now but who knows when it will stop loading again. Very unpredictable. Hope this helps. If it happens again. I’ll take screenshots then to.
