Media not loading all the time

supernovia, sorry if you think I’m ignoring you. I’m not. I’ve been in my media almost every night and it seems to be working now. I will send screenshots when it’s not working but there’s already a screenshot in my media on WELCOME TO CRYSTAL’S SITE(ORIGINALLY COUNTRY LIVING) Can’t you use that screenshot. Continue to keep this thread open Please.

@daisymae2017 I saw that one, but as I mentioned earlier, the clues we need will be in the collection of screenshots taken at the same time, when it is not working.

Will do :) I do suspect it’s something related to an internet connection, so it may be a while. But we’ll leave this open til then.
If anyone else has a similar issue, we’ll ask for the same things (screenshots of the same screen in two different browsers, plus a screenshot of wp-admin’s media area.)
Leaving this open for now.

supernovia, you’ve been a big help. Thank you for keeping this thread open.You really think it’s an internet connection? I’m not so sure although it could be. My provider does work on things or the modem goes but it has gone even when these things weren’t happening. I hope it keeps working but who knows what will happen. Thanks again to everyone who has helped.

supernovia, I’ve been good and haven’t needed WordPress until now. Media Problems again. Just uploaded the screenshot on CRYSTAL’S PHOTO-BLOGGING SITE Hope this screenshot helps. Just so you know, my modem shows everything is OK and my network settings are good.

Hi @daisymae2017, sadly I just see one screenshot. Remember we were hoping to get three next time you had trouble?
As a reminder, here’s what we need:
When you are having trouble (not while it’s working)
1) Get a screenshot of the broken screen
2) Open a different browser and go to the same screen, get another screenshot
3) Get a screenshot of https://crystalsphotobloggingsite.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php as well.
Then upload all three.

We need all three requested screenshots of the site when it is not working. Sorry that’s been super difficult to get. A single screenshot, or multiple screenshots of the site working, will not really help. Hopefully you can catch it next time.

By “Broken” I mean when the issue is happening.
Does this help? It’s from three weeks ago. Sorry this is taking so long, but I do need this information. We’ll be waiting, but maybe so these instructions don’t get lost again, it’d be good to not add more posts to this thread until you have all three screenshots as outlined here:
Next time you have this issue, while you are having it, please complete all three of these steps:
1) Make a screenshot
2) Try the same page in another browser. Make a screenshot
3) Go to https://daisymae2017.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php – and get a screenshot.
4) When you are able, upload all of these screenshots
5) Let us know here.
It’s important to complete steps 1-3 right away, while this problem is happening. -
