Media not uploading

  When I attempt to add media, the program says it is ‘crunching’ for a long time and never uploads the picture. The picture is a jpeg and under 3 MB. I have tried sing both Chrome and Firefox without success

  Hi there,

  Are you able to try from another connection (work v. home, etc.)?

  Do you have trouble with every image file you upload, or does it just seem to be this one?

  Hello!

  I am travelling right now, so unfortunately, my laptop is the only option I have other than an internet cafe with slow internet.

  I have tied a few different pictures many times all with the same result

  After trying a million things to help with the problem, I finally found a solution so simple I overlooked it earlier. I just made the pictures tiny (less than 500 KB) and they uploaded without a problem

  Great! I’m glad you found a solution that works for you for now. Another option would be if you find yourself in a location with a faster connection, just upload as many photos as you can there. :)
