media not vissible wen i log in to website editing panels

    good day
    since my website updated im no longer able to see the media that i uploaded. some images have started disappearing on the website also.

    please advice how i can rectify this issue as i need to update my images on the website via the admin console.

    Hi ofentseenos,

    Can you send a link to a post or page where images have started disappearing? Once I know for sure, I can point you in the right direction for getting some help.

    im not sure whether you mean on the main website or on the admin side.

    on the metaslider some pictures dont show. on the contact us page there is an image with contact details. it is not longer visible. i had to add text instead.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for including the link to the site and the WP-Admin screenshot this is helpful when troubleshooting WordPress issues.

    From the information provided, it appears the site bathopeleore.co.za is a self-hosted WordPress site being hosted by 1-grid. While the site is connected to WordPress.com with our Jetpack Plugin we are limited in the support we are able to provide for self-hosted sites.

    My suggestion here would be to make sure all plugins and themes are up on their latest versions. Note that some Premium products will have updates that do not show in the Admin. If you’re still having trouble, next disable plugins one at a time and see if your Media Libary returns to normal. If so you know that it’s a plugin conflict. If not, try switching to a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen.

    If all else fails, you may want to reach out to your host or the WordPress community to see if they can point you in the right direction. You’ll find the WordPress community support at:
