If I delete a picture from my media library will it delete the same picture on the blog post I used it in?

Hello there, yes it will.
If you are already reaching the limit of your free 3GB of storage for images, you have a couple of options. The first and most convenient is to upgrade to the annual Personal plan which gives you another 3GB of storage for a total of 6GB.
