Media photos will not insert into a post, even though directions given in help section are followed

  photos will not insert. I’ve done this before and am doing it according to directions, but photos are not appearing in edit view or preview of the post

  Hello there!

  When you try to upload the photos, do you get an error message? If there is no error message, I believe the issue you are facing is that the photo you were trying to upload is not being displayed in your visual editor, correct?

  In case you don’t find an error message popup, normally there shouldn’t be an issue; in any case… why don’t you try publishing the post and check if the image you have uploaded is present in the published post? Also, you may also want to check ‘Media > Library’ in your WordPress dashboard to see if your uploaded image is present there.

  Please let me know if this doesn’t resolve your issue.
