media problems?

  cant load pics to posts or access help tab. i have cleared cache and cookies, refreshed. pics upload but cannot be put on posts as window to place them does not show. when i click ‘add media’ window does not show and cursor on post area chosen for pic disappears. uploaded but not posted pics show as unattached; when i try to attach them to a post and i type post name in box window screen turns white, still fails to post.
  help tab will not drop down selections for me to choose from.

  Hi images from some of my post have gone missing and I am unable to upload them into the content of the post. when clicking on the little ‘media’ link to insert an image in a post… nothing happens, it wont open.
