Media sound bar does not appear anymore

  I have a radio show which I post regularly. Beginning February I have not been able to put the sound bar into my post. When I go to the media library none of the options (“none”, “file URL”, “attachment post URL”) give me the sound bar. If memory serves me correctly, the “none” option used to give me a bar with the little speaker and triangle that expands when clicked on.
  All of the above 3 options give me either just the name of the file in black, or the name of the file as a link.

  Please help. I’m a newbie. Need very detailed instructions on how to deal with this. I purchased the increased media option specifically so that I could post my audio.
