  We increased our Media space about a year or two ago to accommodate all of our pictures and posts. We are now getting a message that we are 9GBs over the allotted amount. As of last week, we had plenty of GBs left and this week we are getting a message that we are 9GBs over our allotted amount and it the site won’t let us post anything new. Please get back to me asap. I have written e-mails and written in the public forum and I haven’t heard back from anyone.
