media space purchase

  I had an auto-upgrade in place, but it got deleted. Now I need to manually purchase the next (10) something of media space, but no one is around to help. How do I e-mail them, or contact somebody?

  Additional space is no longer a separate upgrade option; a WordPress.com plan is now required to add more space. Premium plans includes 13GB storage space and a business plan comes with unlimited storage space.
