Media still accessible
-
I deleted my blog and want my images to be permanently removed. When going to the blog, it says the page wasremoved by the authors. Yet the image URLs are still working.
Why?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
-
There’s another blog I uploaded images on. I deleted the account just now.
Will the image links stop working after 30 days, or can I speed up the process by reactivating the account, manually deleting the images and closing the account again? -
Is there a reason why my query was ignored?
It’s urgent. I need all images I uploaded removed and inaccessible asap due to privacy concerns.

Hi there,
All sites under your account have been deleted. If you’re still seeing those images please clear your browser’s cache and check again.
-
Thanks, but the images are still accessible via the direct link. Here’s a sample: https://michuta.files.wordpress.com/2018/01/dissolve.png
I cleared my cache and closed the account I used to start this thread.

This is what anyone will see when trying to access the link you’ve just posted:
The reason why you may still see the image is cache. If clearing your browser’s cache didn’t help, try restarting your router. You can also test this accessing that link using a different internet source, like your mobile connection.
