    Hi there – I’m confused as to how much media storage space I have for my site.

    On wordpress.com, it shows as having 1 gb available.
    But on the Jetpack app, it shows as having 3 gb available.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    The authors have deleted this site.

    It all depends how long you have had a free site. Older free sites had 3GB and continue to have access to that much storage. Free sites created in the last few years now have a maximum of 1GB. It is possible to purchase just additional storage but it is very very expensive. If you need more than 1GB for a new site then a paid plan is the way to go.
