Media Storage Space Upgrade Option

  I missed my renewal for 25gb of space as I was away on holiday without regular access to my emails, and now I don’t have the option to renew this and I can’t see this option anywhere.

  The only options I can see are to upgrade to a premium account or a business account. I would only want to upgrade to a premium account but that only has 13gb of space which is not enough.

  Am I missing the storage space upgrade option or is it gone completely?

  I saw you hadn’t had a response and so I went on Live Chat as I really needed more space urgently, and I explained I had missed the upgrade deadline and she offered to renew it for me manually which has now been done. You could try the same?
