Media & Text Block Glitch

  • Unknown's avatar

In the Media & Text Block, when adding a Link to the Media File, the looks fine int eh editor, but in preview or publish the block duplicates the image file, with the top one half overlaying the bottom one, and the bottom one being unclickable.

Besides looking atrocious, there’s a good chance someone moves their cursor only over the bottom one and assumes there’s no link to the media file, and moves on in disappointment.

This seems to be a programming glitch, as there is absolutely no reason it should be doing this, and really ruins the entire feature.

I hope it can be fixed

  • Hi, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with? You have a few; if you’ll send a link to the affected page, in fact, that would be great.

Do note the Media & Text block does have an option to “stack” on small screens, so I’m wondering if it’s that. If you’ll send a link, we can check, or you can edit the block settings to check it on your end.
