  Media is empty and was not before. A circle is always running. Can not upload new media (pictures). Version 5.3.2 – Blogs and pages I can still change and save but can not add pictures…

  As you talk about version 5.3.2 it means you are using the open source wordpress.org. Their support is at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
