  Hello,
  i’m wondering if it is possible to add a tool to my blog, that makes it possible for other persons to write a small text and add a picture, so they could actually write a new post but without beeing in judge of the login data of my blog. The best would be if they could write everything and add the picture but i have to give the permission after that the content gets published.

  No that is not possible. A blog is not a wiki. Any commenter can provide a URL to an image hosted somewhere online and you can choose whether or not to approve the comment and post the image. That’s as far as it goes at WordPress.COM.

  To get more that that you will need to hire a web host http://wordpress.ORG/hosting and set up a WordPress.ORG install. For a comparison read this http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It’s a question we answer regularly. A site like that will cost you basically $10,000 in startup costs, plus be expensive to maintain because of the security risks.
