Media Upload Button not Working – Critical Error on Chrome

Hello,
I have installed the latest version of wordpress on my site http://www.strictlystylish.net
which it will be launched in Monday 12/3/2017
When I go to upload a new media in Chrome the popup box to select media is not showing.
I have a recording as well if you can let me know where to send it to you.
Please let me know asap aas it is very importnat to go live on MOnday.

Same issue here, I do a fresh install with wordpress and still have the issue. this happen on some domain. My two domain have this issue is trenkesach.com and hyundaiotoninhthuan.com .

strictlystylish.net is hosted by GoDaddy.com, not by wordpress.com
panayiotisgeorgiou.net is hosted by Dreamhost, not by wordpress.com
trenkesach.com hosted by CloudFlare with siteground, not by wordpress.com
hyundaiotoninhthuan.com is hidden behind a CloudFlare proxy
None of those sites are hosted by wordpress.COM, and as they are not on our servers we cannot help you.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Since we are using the same platform, otherwise of what hosting we are using and it’s more of the platform problem or an issue, it would be great to give us some guidance or at least assistance.
That’s my opinion, this what communities are actually for, helping each other and not just blaming based on the where a website is hosted!
I have to say that I am disappointed with your response and I will try to find a solution to my problem. As I will publish it to my website soon. http://www.panayiotisgeorgiou.net

a) No, you don’t use the same platform. There are two platforms, see the differences:

b) there are two forums, too:

and the correct forums for you:

problem solved by chmod everything to 777 for file and folder. It work. after that change back to 755 for folder. 644 for file. It still work. Strange is at the beginning. permission is 755/644 for file/folder. And this issue only happend on Chrome on Windows. Chrome on Mac work fine
