Media Upload Doesn’t work

I’m new to WordPress, only using it a few months along with the Divi theme. All of a sudden I can’t upload ANY images to the media library. They are small in size and after some research I’ve seen this is a big problem for many users. All of the solutions refer to adding code or changing code somewhere. I signed up for WordPress for its supposed ease of use as I am not a web developer and do not know coding. Please advise if there is a solution for this problem. It’s very frustrating!

Hi lifeoflela, your site isn’t hosted here actually. I’d recommend looking at https://wordpress.org/support for the error you’re getting. You’ll likely see a solution there. It sounds like it could be an issue with directory permissions at your host, and if so your will be able to help.
