Media upload malfunction

  I have been trying to upload photos to my media library all day. Normally this is never a problem, but nothing will upload. The files are about 6 to 8 megabytes each, so I’m not sure what the problem is

  Hello –

  This could be as as simple as a connection issue. How is your connection speed?

  Can you let me know if you are working in your web browser or through the desktop app? Are there any error messages?

  Hi, thanks for your response.
  I just did a speed test, and this is what it reads:
  31.9
  Mbps download
  19.6
  Mbps upload

  I am just using my web browser- Safari on my Mac laptop.

  I tried clearing my cache as well. I have been able to download some photos today, but it’s been very slow (taking hours rather than minutes) and it seems to be stopped again.

  Anymore suggestions? Thanks so much!

  Howdy –

  Those speeds should be sufficient for what we are working on here. Thanks for running the test.

  Are you using any browser extensions? Does the issue persist if you try a different browser? You can also try to restart your Mac.
