media upload pdf not working

  Hello. All of my pdf media uploads are not working. I have tried deleting and uploading again, clearing the cache, and more. I have a product that launched this week using these pdfs, so it is urgent that I get this issue resolved.

  Hi there,

  What is the URL of your website? WordPress.com does support PDF uploads, but there is a reasonable chance that your blog may not be hosted with WordPress.com, so it’s best to give a site address.

  My website is https://eatwellspendsmart.com

  These pdfs were working on my site just fine. One I’ve had as an opt in for over a year. Yesterday they just stopped working. Even when I open them from the media library, they don’t load.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version (hosted by GoDaddy) of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
