Media upload problems

I can’t upload mp3 files to my site and I have always been able to do so. The uploader does not recognize I have tried.

Hi there. First, please make sure that you haven’t run out of storage space. If you go to Media ->Library in the dashboard you should see a message at the top saying how much of your available space you’ve used. If you’re out of space you’ll need to purchase a space upgrade to upload new media. If you already have a space upgrade, go to Store ->My Upgrades and make sure that upgrade hasn’t expired. If the space upgrade has expired, your already uploaded media will remain, but you’ll need to renew the upgrade to upload any new files. Also note that you cannot upload audio files without an active space upgrade, no matter how much storage space you have left.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/If space isn’t the issue, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure your flash player is up to date. Also make sure you’re using one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ .

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/If you’re using the new post editor, try uploading media via the classic editor instead (and vice versa) or directly to the media library from Media ->Add New in the dashboard.
If none of that works, please let us know exactly which browser and version you’re using and which methods of adding media doesn’t work.

Thank you for ur help. Apparently my credit card expired so my upgrade did too. Fixed that and we r back running. Thanks.
