media upload tabs

  My wordpress account doesn’t have the buttons activated to load media ontop, and every time I click onto the side tab to add media it won’t ever go into the next screen to load. I updated all my java, and apps that I think could effect the browser, so I don’t know why all of the sudden it is not working.

  Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?
