  I am unable to upload a specific pdf file, however I have uploaded many other pdf files in the past.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello! I see you have lots of photos on your blog. All WP.com blogs are allotted 3 gigabytes of space. Is it possible you have reached your file storage limit? You can check how much space you have remaining by visiting the Classic Dashboard and looking under Media –> Library
