    I am getting an error message that says I need to try later to upload photos. I’ve been trying for hours. I have plenty of space left, so why can I not upload?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble!

    What steps are you taking to upload your media? For example, do you get it when you use the “Add Media” button in the editor and also when you try to upload photos directly to your site’s Media Library?

    Also, does it happen no matter what photos you try to upload? Sometimes, things like file size and the filename can cause some trouble. We have a page about Troubleshooting Images that outlines some of the issues that can cause trouble when you’re uploading photos.
