Media URL on New Host Leading to "This page could not be found!"
-
Hello,
I recently moved my site to another host and some of my media images, while present in the media library, do not show up when I use the url to view them. For example this media url https://www.iwv-978.webvis.xyz/wp-content/uploads/M20-8750242.jpg leads to “This page could not be found!” but the file is present in my media library.
This affects my woocommerce products which I am trying to mass upload through a CSV as the images for some products are unable to be found even though they are inside the media library. I tried using both the full url like “https://www.iwv-978.webvis.xyz/wp-content/uploads/M20-8750242.jpg” and just the image name “M20-8750242.jpg” in the CSV file.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please ignore the blog url above, no idea why it appeared. That is not the site I am looking for help with. It is https://www.iwv-978.webvis.xyz/

Hi there,
As your new site is not hosted on our servers, and not using our version of the WordPress software, we’re not able to help with this here in the WordPress.com forums.
Please ask the WordPress.org community for advice at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. They provide support for the WordPress software you’re using on that site.
For help with importing a CSV of WooCommerce products, please contact WooCommerce support directly. If you’re using the free version of WooCommerce you can post in their community forum, here:

Or if you’re using any premium add-on downloaded from WooCommerce.com you can reach live chat and email support here:
