Media URL use

    Hi, I would like to access my media files on my WordPress site to use in my Twine games. I can copy my media file URL but when I try to access that file I get ‘— 403: Access Denied —
    This file requires authorization:
    You must be logged in
    and a member of this blog.
    Log in to proceed.’

    It would seem that only while I am logged into my WordPress account can I access those files. This, I see as a good thing but is there a way around it so that I can use my WordPress media library as a storage site for using those files elsewhere?

    Hotlinking wordpress.com files isn’t possible
    as it would be a violation of the User Guidelines, https://wordpress.com/support/user-guidelines/
