Media Widths for wordpress themes

@media in CSS
Is there a quick way to find out what the different media widths are for themes? For example twenty sixteen appears to have 3 different widths.
Could someone write a wordpress plugin to quickly pull out the different @media sizes for a theme?
Does it make sense to show these @media widths in the >dashboard>themes area?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, we can’t use plugins here at WordPress.com. Plugins are for self-hosted WordPress sites using the software from WordPress.org.
Most modern themes are responsive designs, which adjust for all screen/window widths, so they actually create the images used “on-the-fly” from the original.
The base media sizes are set at Settings > Media in the WordPress admin dashboard (small, medium and large). The two pixel dimensions there, for each size, represent a bounding box.
The available area for images in theme are set in the theme files. There isn’e any list, and as far as I know, no quick way to figure out what the available width of the content area is.
